HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANTHONY!

Tomorrow is Anthony's 28th birthday, so yesterday we had a little family birthday party at our place.

For the past couple of weeks I have been asking Anthony what kind of cake he wanted. I suggested a Transfomers cake. When the Transformers movie came out a couple years ago he was a big fan. He loved Transformers as a kid and not much has changed. So this is what I came up with for his cake:
There were a couple parts that didn't turn out quite right, but overall I was quite pleased with how it turned out.
Here is my Happy Handsome Hubby with his Totally Tricked-out Torte!
He made a haul! I guess this is what happens when we don't do much for Christmas. I kind of slacked off on his birthday last year, so I was trying to make up for it this year...I think I succeeded.
Here he is with all his spoils! His mom is making him a Utah Utes fleece blanket. I got him cliff bars, a tie, slippers, a REI gift card, and last but not least a new external hard drive! So exciting!!!

I am so glad to have such a great man in my life. Shortly after we got engaged I had a lesson in relief society on the priesthood. At that point it just hit me that I was marrying a man that was a worthy priesthood holder. I am so very grateful for that. The past two years that I have known him have definately been a roller coaster, but overall they have been some of the most wonderful two years I have had. Not only is he EXTREMELY good looking, he is very caring, helpful, sweet and thoughtful. He has been very supportive of my hobbies and ideas and is even willing to go get me Taco Time, just cause I want it. Yeah, i'm spoiled! Hun, I wubba you!!!
